Belinda was a true life saver and I will never be able to truly repay her. As a member of the military, my family is accustomed to moving around a lot. We placed our house on the market shortly before my wife was due to deliver our baby boy. Belinda immediately went to work staging our house and working with us to make showings happen around my work schedule, my wife’s Dr’s Appointments, and our pets. When our son was born he had to spend a month in the NICU, and Belinda continued to work on selling our house and even went so far as to help stock our fridge while we spent everyday at the hospital. After the NICU stay, I had to fly across country for a school and leave my family behind until I could set up new housing. Then came the COVID pandemic, and another trip back to the ICU for our son, where he stayed until we moved to San Diego. Belinda found ways to make showing happen and drum up interest in our house while we could do nothing but focus on our son. She took care of literally everything for us throughout the entire process and found a buyer during a global health crisis. Closing happened after my family and I were together on the west coast and Belinda, once again, took care of everything for us on the other side of the country. This review is long overdue. My home sold I. Nov 2020 thanks to Belinda Nattress! I believe if people were & behaved like Belinda, we would, as a world, enjoy each other & life more. Belinda is a wonderful person & consummate real estate agent. I contacted Belinda in 2017 or 2018. I planned to get my house on the market and move to where I love. Belinda came over, accessed my home, & then began to help me to move. By that, I mean she literally came to help me go through & sort & toss “stuff.” She continued to do that until right before the house went on the market in 2020. Some personal items came up which impacted my ability to get the house on the market as I wished. Belinda never wavered in helping me see ways forward; from providing a ride to the doctor or a meal during COVID. I could count on her more than family. And she had lots of useful advice.
